1. Products & Services

• Afroot specializes in handcrafted soapstone sculptures, African décor, and cultural goods.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique. Variations in color, size, and texture are natural and not considered defects.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
• Afroot reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Afroot delivers throughout South Africa and internationally (where possible).
• Delivery times vary depending on destination and availability.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges (CPA Compliance)

• In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers may return products within 7 business days of receipt if goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Afroot will either repair, replace, or refund the item as required by law.
• Returns for non-defective products (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted due to the handcrafted nature of items.
