• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Custom designs must be discussed and approved before payment.

3. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to secure an order.
• Prices are quoted in Malawian Kwacha (MWK).
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or mobile money as provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery.
• Deposits are non-refundable once preparation has begun.
• No refunds are issued for completed or collected orders.
