By engaging the services of Dynamic Virtual Support & Consultancy (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Services

We provide virtual assistant services, executive support, business operations support, project coordination, consultancy, and related professional services as agreed per client engagement.


2. Scope of Work

All services are delivered according to an agreed scope, proposal, package, or written instruction. Any additional work outside scope will require approval and may incur additional charges.


3. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are based on hourly, package, retainer, or project-based pricing
  • Invoices are issued weekly or monthly, depending on the agreement
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance and before work commences, unless otherwise agreed


4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • A 50% cancellation fee applies for late cancellations


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for packages
  • Credit for future services may be offered if cancellation occurs within the valid usage period


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Respond promptly to requests required for service delivery
  • Respect agreed timelines and communication protocols


7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. We maintain strict discretion and professional standards when handling sensitive or proprietary information.


8. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Virtual Support & Consultancy (Pty) Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by third parties, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond our control


9. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, systems, and materials developed remain the intellectual property of Dynamic Virtual Support & Consultancy unless otherwise agreed in writing.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
