Refund & Cancellation Policy

Date: March 6, 2026

• Cancellations: Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund of any deposits paid.
• Weather Clause: In the event of heavy rain or high winds that make operating the Bouncy House unsafe, we offer the option to reschedule your booking to a later date at no additional cost.
• Non-Refundable: Once equipment has been delivered and set up at the venue, no refunds will be issued.
• Snack Products: Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn and cotton candy, these items are non-refundable once prepared.
