Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Delivery Area: We provide delivery, setup, and collection services across all residential and commercial areas in Harare.
• Local Delivery: Delivery is FREE for all locations within a 5km radius of our base at 10 Adlam Close, Southerton.
• Standard Delivery: For locations outside the 5km radius, a small transport fee will be calculated and communicated at the time of booking based on the total distance.
• Setup Time: Our team will arrive approximately 30–60 minutes before your event starts to ensure the Bouncy House and snack machines are fully operational.
• Collection: Equipment will be collected promptly at the end of the agreed rental period (standard 4-hour slot unless otherwise arranged).
