Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Handmade Product Notice
All Knoticable products are handmade and crafted with care. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our items, certain sales are final.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if production has already started.
- For custom orders, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- If the item delivered is incorrect (wrong product delivered).
- If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- If Knoticable is unable to fulfill the order.
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Bulk orders for events
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered only for defective items, subject to review and approval.
6. Proof of Issue
Customers must provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- Proof of payment
- Order details
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days, depending on the payment method used.
